Difference between African blacks and Europe's whites is gods DNA blood

The mental and biological differences between African blacks, and Europe whites;  is the gods DNA blood; a prehistory creation. There were no human uptimum civilized life on Earth, untill the gods came 450,000 years ago, and later created in their image and likeness, the unprecedented perfect civilized hybrid human beings, since 3-200,000 years ago. Apart from skin color difference, the significant difference of the African people to European whites; is fact that the gods mission to Earth created the need, for intelligent workers, and that led the gods to use their own DNA blood to bind upon Earthling, namely, the wise Homo Sapiens to create Primitive Worker in their image and likeness.  The European people on the other hand, with millions of years going through biological evolution, were not able to refined the summit level of natural human civility.  If you wish to argue it, present the fact of their covilized accomplishments, prior to their miscegenation with the Africans, and their theft on 509 B.C. coup against the Etruscan Roman King in Italy.  Note that they are still carrying their beastly uncivilized proclivities, in their major conduct, in spite of the greater knowledge they  have been exposed to.
