U.S. cleaved bubble A.D. rule for whites not African people.

The U.S. government is in operation about 245 years ago, after the Rhesus monkey blood, European men invaders demolished, the official Kingship government. By brutally killing many African American native Indians.  Under this situation, what process do you imagine can make this U.S. constitution a valid one for all people.  It must be stated, that these invaders are the worse kind of adversarie.
