Caucasian Roman, U.S. Rule Is Unlawful From Time of 509 BC Etruscan overthrow.

History:  The Caucasian Romans illegal republic became news, after they overthrow the Etruscan king, in 509 BC. This was an act the Caucasian men performed without reciprocity, and it was intentionally criminal on their part. The invalid overthrow was used to established the unauthorized republic that  they were not qualified or equipted to  administrate, and were not able to acquire on their own, at that time. However, the unfit men forged to assume that form of government in which the leader is not a monarch and certain citizens have the right to vote.
