Isaiah 28:14 speaks of the scornful European white men mad mass murderers, of the Super Black People of Jerusalem. Because they have made a covenant with death, and have an agreement with hell; when the overwhelming scourge shall pass through, it will not hurt them:  for they have secured themselves with refuge of lies, and are hiding hiding is falsehood. E.g., it's like the falsehood of Isaiah 53, the lie about a perfect God who foreknew and predestined, ordained to kill his son for ransome of human sin; when there is no extant record in history which contain that information. A contradiction is written against the scornful white men's evil in Isiah 29:16. Surely your turning of things upside down shall be regarded as the clay of the potter, who has power to destroy the clay. In 28: 17 the Most High says; judgment will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
