Today in Christianity, we as believers are not required....it's not a matter of being in sin, but we have the opportunity to honor God during this holy time that was set apart. I want to share today about preparing ourselves for the ten days between Rosh HaShanah and the Day of Atonement. What does that mean and how does it apply to us today when we honor God during this time? Again, is it required, a commandment? No, it's not! It's a time in which we all can step back and take a look at our lives and get some things right. It's like taking a break and giving God our time to deal with any thing that is hindering us in our journey. It's a time of consecration and repentance. The Feast of Trumpets was one of the seven origianl Jeweish feasts mentioned in the Torah and it served as the first of three feasts to take place in the fall of the year. So many believers today of the Spirit-Filled community celebrate Passover and Pentecost. Many though, are clueless about the Feast of Trumpets and what is signifies. Let the Holy Spirit lead you today, guide you and teach you.
