Thanksgiving and Prayer

One of the unique qualities in Jesus was the ANOINTING of the Holy Spirit in His life.  We all need the anointing of the Holy Ghost.  You and I cannot do anything without the Holy Spirit in our lives.  The Anointing of the Holy Spirit in your life will cost you everything.  You must lay your life down...basically living a self-denial life.  That's what you call being a humble servant.  Always  preferring others over yourself.......it's called laying your life down for others.  A lost art in the Body of Christ today......and with some, an unclean quality....because it is only to get what we want from others.  We must take on the leadership qualities of Jesus Christ.  Bing totally dependent upon God.  Matthew 6:31-34 teaches us that we absolute trust in God and simplicity of lifestyle enables us to serve God better.  I'm here to tell you only as we are in service to others can we find real fulfillment in this life.  It's sad to see that most of us have not time to serve God and others because too many other things in this life have taken that place that belongs to God in our lives.  Let's settle it in our hearts today that we are going to incorporate more worship time, prayer time, reading the Holy Bible time, and loving on Him time in our lives from this day forward.
