U.S. Congress is UNCONSTITUTIONAL - Beware of Biden's Climate Emergency Plan!

Wake-Up Americans........Our Congress is completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL and our POTUS wants to declare "Climate  Change" a NATIONAL EMERGENCY!

1976, our Congress as in the U.S House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, surrendered their authority to the U.S. White House. In essence, they have created a DICTATOR!  Out Congress is a FRAUD!

"When Congress passed this act in 1976, it gave the president of the United States the ability to exercise unilateral power like a king. Now, there are more than forty ongoing national emergencies that were never approved by Congress and have no expiration date."
