Face the facts...There is no "Rule of Law" or "Equal Justice for All" in America in 2012.

  • The U.S.A "government" is no longer “instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” as stated in our “Declaration of Independence”.  The fact is, the corruption of the “The Constitution of the U.S.A.“, “Rule of Law” and “Equal Justice for All” is a massive and terminal cancer throughout our country.  Our country is on life support and has very little time left.

Case no: 6:12-cv-01256-CEH-DAB – Congress has violated the Constitution by failing to pass a budget.  The American people are liable for the public debt. National security and sovereignty are at risk due to the fraudulent financial transactions and reckless disregard for the American people.

THOSE FACTS DO NOT MATTER TO THE MAGISTRATE OR THE JUDGE!

Per Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell and the Magistrate:

  • 1) The American people do NOT have “standing”.  We are NOT harmed by the failure of Congress abide by the Constitution and do its job.  We are not harmed by the financial crisis or by the risk to national security or sovereignty.
  • 2) This U.S. Court is not “cognizable”.  “This Court has no authority to review a political question.”  In other words, this U.S. Court does not have to consider the U.S. Constitution and Congress has every right to violate the Constitution.
