Benghazi - The Definition of Treason - Where is Congress?  Is Treason okay the today's U.S.Congress?

  • The definition of TREASON....Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.

Treason as Defined in the U.S.Constitution

  • "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

"The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted." Copied from http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_A3Sec3.html

Was the U.S. Failure to Act (defend Americans) in Benghazi an act of ignorance or an act of Treason?

  • If Benghazi response was an act of treason, where has the U.S. Congress been?
  • Is the whole U.S. Congress guilty of treason?
  • Call House Majority at 202-225-5074 and Minority at 202-225-5051
  • Call Chairman of Oversight Committee Darrell Issa's DC Office 202-225-3906, FAX 202-225-3303 (fax a letter)

Benghazi is more proof of the growing need for a Second American Revolution. The American People have no honest, ethical Representation in Washington, D.C.
