Herman Cain wins the Straw Poll - Governor Rick Scott backpedals......Governor Scott is on record saying whoever wins the GOP Straw Poll in Florida will be the GOP Nominee and whoever is the GOP Nominee, will be the next President of the United States of America.  I guess that means Herman Cain will be our next President!

Florida passes new law that prohibits candidates from switching political parties.  The new law prohibits candidates from running as a member of a political party if they were registered for any other party 365 days before the qualifying period for a general election.  Is this Constitutional?  See summary of new law at http://www.flsenate.gov/Committees/BillSummaries/2011/html/1355EE
