James has been involved with over 150, (actively managing 52,) Community Development Districts (CDD) and Special Taxing Districts.  In 2007, James started NJC Corporate Enterprises, Inc., a government efficiency firm that offers expert contract services for creation, establishment, transition and revitalization of local governments.   James’ background in government management makes him  the type of candidate people are looking for today – logical, knowledgeable, strong individual who needs no on the job training.

In 2010, James ran for State House. James did not win his primary, but gained incredible support and is currently working on several projects to raise awareness of government policy in Central Florida.

His decision to run for State Senate comes at a time when Americans, and Floridians alike, are in dire need of leaders with practical experience and proven successes.  Representatives who will serve with determination and integrity while remembering that the job entails an attitude of servitude and not one of personal gain - A leader who can make the right decisions for Florida and not break under special interest or political pressure.
