Representative Peter King is the chair of the House Homeland Security Committee Chairman. Rep. King has scheduled hearing on radicalization of American Muslims. When with the federal government do it’s #1 job and protect the homeland? ***Governor Rick Scott Rejects Federal Funding for Slow Speed Trains to Nowhere – Mica and Nelson will try to go around Scott*** Governor Rick Scott keeps his promise and refuses federal funding for rail transit. Congressman John Mica (R) and U.S. Senator Bill Nelson (D) are going to try to go around Gov. Rick Scott and force rail transit down the throats of Floridians. Obama promises to waste the money somewhere. If Florida does not want the money, we will give it to another state. We must waste billions on trains to nowhere. ***It is About Time We Remembered the Alamo*** Tom Pastore finally got the City of Orlando to pass a proclamation to remember the Alamo. Sunday March 6th, the City of Orlando will honor those that died at the Alamo. In the past the City of Orlando celebrated Cinco De Mayo, but totally ignored those that died fighting at the Alamo. It was “politically correct” to honor Mexicans but not Americans – explain that? ***The GOP Supports Patriot Act - Not the Constitution*** Senate Passed 90 Day Extension. Contact your Senator and oppose violating our Constitution. Those that vote for the Patriot Act violate their oath of office - they took an oath to uphold our Constitution.
